Author Guidelines

1. ICSE 2026 invites submission of the manuscript which focus on a specific topic of the conferences and/or related to the topic of “Global Food Security: Integrating Science, Society, Education, Economics, Policy, and Practice for a Resilient Future”
2. All papers must be original, only English written papers are accepted, which is NOT simultaneously submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journals.
3. All papers will be subjected to a peer review by a technical program committee.
4. The plagiarism checks results should have a maximum similarity of 20 percent.
    

Abstract Submission

1. ICESEAM 2026 invites submission of the abstract by 3 October 2026.
2. Abstract should be 250 words (excluding abstract title, authors, and affiliations) and a recap of the major important aspects of the whole paper.
3. The paper includes the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author’s email address
4. At the beginning of abstract submission please follow “abstract template” as shown in this link
   
   
    

Manuscript Preparation

Authors are encouraged to prepare their manuscripts following the recommended format and general guidelines.

1. The manuscript should be written in English and prepared using a clear and consistent academic format.
2. Each author may submit a maximum of two articles, including co-authored articles.
3. The full paper must be in the range of 4-8 pages written in good scientific English (including all figures, tables, equations, title, authorship, abstract, keywords, introductions, methods, discussions, conclusions and references).
4. Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and cited appropriately in the text.
5. Figures should be of sufficient quality and placed appropriately within the manuscript.
6. Equations should be numbered consecutively when applicable.
7. Maximum 15 references with a maximum three references from the proceeding (all must be given a DOI link)
8. It is highly recommended to use Mendeley to compose the Reference.
9. Authors are encouraged to use the recommended manuscript template provided by the conference.
10. All published papers are mandatory to be presented at the Conference.
